1.        I adored precious Zev Zelenko. My daughter was pregnant with by grandson, Binyamim Moshe, during Covid. It was actually the height of it. I suggested she reach out to Zev Zelenko since all of the doctors in her town were reluctant or unwilling to suggest remedies to the conventional ones during pregnancy. She reached Zev's office and was placed upon his now well-known and life-saving protocol. She recoved quickly and went on to have a successful remainder of her pregnancy and delivery.

9.        [I first heard about Dr. Zelenko, z"l (zichrono lebracha- may his memory be a blessing) from Rabbi Alon Anava, as he mentioned him in a lecture was listening to and said that he has alternatives to the shot and this Rabbi is also a man of 100% truth and his channel was shut down for a while because told the "TRUTH" about the shot. I then did research on Dr. Zelenko and saw interviews, articles, etc, and was very impressed with his honesty, integrity, full disclosure of all information, values, and like-mindedness in our faith. I found his website and then on there, he has a couple of his books that he wrote that could download for free to read. I chose to read Metamorphosis, which is his biography. I was so enamored and impressed with what I read, and I couldn't stop reading and finished it quickly, even though is a long book. I then wrote Dr. Zelenko an email to share my feedback with him, but unfortunately never heard back and that was on Fri. Dec. 24/21, and he then passed the following June '22. I wanted to share here what I wrote to him, as I saved it. I will explain the Hebrew words, so you can understand.

Just from reading the early parts of your bio and approbations at the beginning, I see you are a real yireh shamayim/fear of Heaven and even/soldier Hashem/G-d with a HUGE HEART to truly help others and not afraid to say the EMES/truth and let the world know. Now that I have completed the book, I know that what I say is true!

Thank you for being so real, open, and forthright about your life and experiences, it was great mussar/rebuke and chizuk/strengthening for me reading it coming from a family who grew up observant, although was too modern and Baruch/blessed is Hashem/G-d I have changed due to being open to hearing the emes and also listening to great mussar/rebuke lectures from Rabbis.

I wrote this as a comment to a video of a woman who is a Jew by Choice and has made drastic improvements in her life and wanted to share it with you here because it is so applicable to your book title and this was before I discovered your book online.

A metamorphosis is like a butterfly coming out of its cocoon, where at first you don't see its beauty, and then as it emerges with its magnificent colors, it is a delight for the eyes to see. So, too, all the Bnei/sons and Bnos Yisroel/daughters of Israel who choose to live by THE EMET/truth and do the ratzon/will of Hashem/G-d by dressing and acting accordingly to bring about Kvod Shamayim/honor of Heaven and Kiddush/sanctification of Hashem!

Hashem/G-d has given you a tafkid/prupose in this world and you are making a great impression in Shamayim/Heaven, first by the fact that you are observant and that you are using your G-d given talents to help the world at large! Kol Hakavod/great respect for you.
May Hashem/G-d bless you and continue to bless you and your wonderful family with arichat yamim/long life, refuat hanefesh/healing of the soul, refuat haguf/healing of the body, hatzlacha/assistance, yeshua/salvation, parnasa/livelihood, yirat shamayim/fear of Heaven, yirat cheit/fear of sin, brachos/blessing ad beli dai/endless and simchat hachaim/joy of life!

10.   I believe his protocol saved my life, by having early treatment for, Covid, remaining unvaccinated and supposedly being 80 was vulnerable! Did have Covid but very mild symptoms. Am forever grateful for this precious man and continue to be so. I wonder how many lives he impacted throughout the world and continues to do so. 11.   His protocol has saved my life, my husband's life, and many friends. Originally, I had to use Dr `Neptune's recipe because Dr. Zelenko did not have his vitamins yet. Just within the last two weeks a neighbor and his wife both had COVID, I sent them some Z-stack, and they got better in no Time. I also noticed it helped with the Canadian fires polluting our Upstate NY air. We took it as a precaution.

12.   I am a 73-year-old clinical psychologist. Early in the pandemic I went to Zev's website and read his research article describing the success of his early treatment of Covid patients. I recognized that debunking the use of hydroxychloroquine and ivermectin and other early treatment approaches was not based upon science, but rather on the need to get emergency use authorization for the vaccine, they wanted everybody to eventually take. I felt an immediate kinship with Zev because my parents were holocaust survivors and because I too have a tendency to be a maverick who deeply cares about my patients. I couldn't get a prescription from my California internist and so I decided to call him for a prescription. I have such warm feelings when I think of the two times that I spoke to him. He was so reassuring, rationally allaying my fears of dying from Covid. I will forever be grateful to him. I was so sad to hear about his passing. He was truly a mensch and a great doctor. I continue to take Z-stack. In fact, I am running out of it and will reorder soon.

13.   The products Dr. Zelenko made are LITERALLY lifesaving. My husband is an M.D., and I'm an R.N. Thankfully, we found the truth of Dr. Zelenko's treatment for Covid back at the beginning of the "Pandemic." At about the same time, my husband, my Dad, and my Stepmom came down with this flu-like illness, with my nearly 80-year-old Dad suffering the worst of us. 15.   I thank God for Dr. Zelenko. I began taking the Zstack protocol after seeing Zev on the Warroom. I was 75, my daughter had cancer, my grandson came home with Covid, and his Mom and Dad both caught it.
